CAMP AHOI & GERMAN-FRENCH SAILING CLUB PASSAT E.V. (DFSC)

At Camp Ahoi, the children's sailing school on the Priwall, you will learn to sail in a fun way on optimists - optis, dinghies and single-handed skiffs. These are sailing boats specially designed for children.

In the safe sailing area of Pötenitzer Wiek, off the Priwall peninsula, you can explore the elements of wind and water from the boat. Whether it is a taster course, a beginner's course or an advanced course, an experienced team of instructors will guide you through your first sailing experiences. We have developed a children's sailing club in conjunction with the DFSC. Once you have completed your beginner or advanced course with us, you can join the children's sailing club every Saturday during the season (June-August) as a member of the DFSC or as a Camp Ahoy client.

At the SEEBADKULTURFESTIVAL 2024 you can discover our Opti, learn knots and spin the wheel of fortune. We'll be there for you between 12am and 6pm! Maybe you'll win a taster sailing session with us?

POP-UP EXHIBITION & PHOTO WALK

The KünstlerGemeinschaft Travemünde and the Kunstpavillon present a pop-up exhibition in the overseas container on the beach with works of art by regional and international artists from Travemünde.

With so much art on display, would you like to get creative yourself? No problem. The photo walk takes place parallel to the exhibition between 12am and 4pm. The artists will give you a list of 8 different motifs to photograph in the immediate vicinity of the Seaside Culture Festival. You can then submit your digital images to the pop-up exhibition by 4pm, where they will be viewed and judged by a jury. There will be an awards ceremony at 5pm where the winning images will be presented with prizes. We look forward to seeing your work!
